  As a contractor, every time one of my clients chooses a material for counter tops, I call Custom Marble to make sure they offer it. I wouldn't use anyone else. They will educate you about the products and let you know if there have been any manufacturer issues that may lead to failures/stains, etc. As they do the final cleaning they go over the care and maintenance with the client. If there is a problem, they will send someone back to the shop to correct the piece or make a new one. It's only happened once. The state of the art equipment only adds to the quality control of the products. Finally, they are all very nice folks from the office to the shop who do an outstanding job at very competitive prices.

  Nice service in the beginning. Then when counter top kept staining and cracked, they refused to replace it. Only had it for a few days before there was trouble. Then they told Lowes I was lying when I said there were stains even after I texted pictures to one of the secretaries. Furious. My daughter's wedding is in a week. Started the process in September to avoid issues.

  This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. This company exhibits no regard for people’s time or their property and does not accept responsibility for any of their actions. Having an appointment is meaningless, as they may show up as much as seven hours late, without so much as a call to let the customer know. Phone calls are not returned, or if you do get the office, do not expect an apology or any responsibility to be taken for their poor service. Communication appears to be poor within the company too, as the installers did not know they had to take the old counters out when they finally arrived well after business hours and clearly were in a rush to finish, as is only human nature at that time of day. Finally our house was left a mess with unnecessary damage to walls and debris everywhere. This was just a terrible experience all around, not professional on any level. Take your business anywhere else; you will be glad you did.

  My experience with this company went really well. The staff was very knowledgeable and was wonderful at helping me find the perfect material for my kitchen remodel. They were very thorough during the planning and design, and they respected my budget and picky taste in marble designs to match my kitchen. Overall they were honest and flexible. The finished product looks awesome. No issues to speak of and they kept the entire project right within my price range. Id definitely recommend these guys. Very professional and quality work.
